A rather simple affair of a Z-plan rubble built tower house near Glenkindie in the Cairngorms.

It was the home of John Gordon (‘Old Glenbucket of the ’45’). The old warrior was a staunch Jacobite who, in order not to lose his head after Culloden, escaped to Norway and from there to France.
